Right from the very first day of taking admission in the college and staying in the hostel, we have been getting constant guidance from our seniors which is the most invaluable part of our college life. It is our seniors who have helped us every step of the way to enable us to live in this completely different environment.
Obviously, college and hostel is the new home for all the students as we see only our family in our family. I, Aditya Sharma, MCA I am a student of 5th semester. I have been selected on behalf of all the juniors to deliver the farewell speech at this event. It is a sad moment for all of us juniors that, we all will now be separated from the umbrella shadow of our seniors, however it is also a very happy moment for our seniors that, their studies will be completed and they can make their career bright.
And to make it successful. Join companies. I consider myself very fortunate to be here, delivering a speech at the farewell program of my dear seniors. It makes me feel as if we just met our seniors yesterday and how soon this 3 years time is over. Now it’s time to bid farewell to our seniors from this college. It is very sad to say goodbye to them, although we have to say this because it is our responsibility to send them off well and happily.
I consider myself very fortunate that, I am giving farewell speech to my seniors who have taken care of me like guardians for 2 years. Our seniors are the ones who taught us how to live in this conflicting environment, away from home and our near and dear ones. Our seniors become our best parents away from home.
Whenever we are sick, they provide everything in the dorm room for us (from medicine to doctor). They are, in fact, like our elder brother in the house. It is not easy for us to forget him and his hard work in college campus and hostel. We will all miss you very much and will always keep you in our hearts.

On behalf of all the juniors, I would also like to share the happy moments spent together. Whenever, after 12th standard, time comes to take admission in IT college away from home, generally everyone is scared because of many things like; How to take admission, how to stay in hostel without parents and siblings, how to study without parents’ cooperation etc.
Perhaps, the path to education is full of struggles and hard work, however, the result is very sweet. I want to express my feelings for our seniors who are leaving us. Whenever we used to feel sad on remembering our parents, our seniors always used to say that we have to lose many things in our life to get something.
He used to say that some lose health, some lose money and some lose their lives. They do everything to get success in their life and get a bright career. Our seniors made us realize that, in order to fulfill our responsibilities towards our family, society and country as much as possible, our education and acquisition of knowledge is our first goal.

Good morning to all respected dignitaries, teachers, seniors and my dear classmates. I welcome all of you for organizing the farewell program of our seniors. Thank you all for your pleasant presence in large numbers on this occasion. My dear friends, today we are bidding farewell to our seniors.
How soon did the time to send them come near? It seems as though we only met yesterday and are falling apart so soon. I am here on behalf of all the juniors to deliver the farewell speech to the seniors. We will not be able to meet our seniors everyday from tomorrow as they are leaving us. Although, he has completed his studies and is going to build his career. We should not be sad and bid them farewell happily. We have been together in this college for 3 years, and have enjoyed many moments together.
Our seniors were the ones who fulfilled all our demands when we were new to the hostel. All the bad and good moments are captured in our brain like a picture of a camera, which we remember from time to time. We spend a lot of our time together in the college campus playing football, reading books in the library and dancing or listening to music in the hostel, which is truly unforgettable. Today I want to share some special moments I spent in hostel with my seniors.
Once I was very sad because of missing home in the hostel. I didn’t talk to anyone and preferred to be silent. One day my senior politely asked the reason for this and I explained everything about my problem. Then he taught me about the virtue of life and told me all the responsibilities towards my society, family and country. Our seniors have always been like our ally and elder brother.
I will remember you for the rest of my life. I would like to thank all my colleagues for displaying all the cultural activities organized in honor of our seniors. I hope you enjoy singing, dancing and other cultural activities. I am very grateful to my seniors for their love, support, encouragement and care.
