Good evening to all. Mr…….., on behalf of the company, thank you for your kind words. I am retiring today and this is my farewell ceremony organized by all of you. Thank you once again for giving me such a nice farewell.
I want to share with all of you all the moments I spent in this office. It has been almost 23 years since I worked in this office. It has really been a good life journey for me which I worked very hard on and enjoyed a lot with all of you. When I joined the office, my position was under my boss, however, my hard work and love from all of you enabled me to hold this position successfully.
We have spent many years together, however, all of us were completely unaware that the day would come so soon when I would retire from my position. I was very gullible while joining the office, however, it is rightly said that time teaches everyone and my experiences over time have taught me a lot.
Gradually, I became more responsible with my position. It was a wonderful journey, which I will never forget and will always be in my memories. Mr…………., he was the first person I met first in this office. He was the person who taught me everything about my responsibilities. There was a day when I gave a speech at the farewell ceremony of his retirement, however, I was completely unaware that one day I would also retire and give a speech at the complete end of my term.
My dear friends, I want to say goodbye to all of you and thank you all for the special love and care you have showered on me. I apologize to you for the mistake I made unknowingly and wish you all a bright career and a peaceful life. Thank you once again for attending my farewell ceremony. Thank you very much. – Speech

Good evening to all the fellow employees of the company. As we all know, we have all attended the farewell party organized here in honor of our boss, the General Manager (General Manager), who is also the guest of honor of our today’s event.
Mr. ………., on behalf of the Company and the Managing Committee, I would like to thank all of you for being here for this beautiful evening. Thank you all for attending this farewell party organized by the company in his honor due to the transfer of our General Manager (General Manager) to another branch of the same company.
Seeing our boss’s high level of efficiency and dedication towards work, the company has shifted him to another branch to work on a specific project. I want to say something about ……….. On this farewell ceremony of my boss, it is not easy for me to say something about him. Our boss is the great leader of this company and he is fully capable of taking big decisions in the interest of the company. If their transfer was in my hands, I would never have let them go.
It is sad moment for us that he is leaving us however, it is a happy moment for him and for all of us that, he is transferring to another branch of the company with promotion. We all should be happy for his bright career and future which has made him a big achievement as Regional General Manager.
You will be transferred to the head office of this company. Ladies and gentlemen, I would like to share with you all some good moments and interesting stories about these great personalities among us. As I know you joined this company as Assistant Electrical Engineer, however, your hard work and commitment led you towards promotion like:
Senior Engineer, Assistant Manager after two years and after that when you Handled several contracts at once, then you were appointed to the post of General Manager. From your side, we have received many bonuses till date. All I have to say is that you are no ordinary leader. You are very passionate and have a strong desire to learn new things in your life.
You always thought about our well being and took care of us and even you never felt ashamed to talk to any poor person. In fact, we are blessed to have a boss like you in this company. We will all miss you here very much.
We wish you all the best in this new journey of life. Thank you sir for giving us your wonderful years. These together moments will be stored in our hearts forever. Thanks. – Speech

My humble good morning to all. My dear friends, do you know why we have gathered here? I think you are all right. Yes, it’s our boss’s retirement farewell ceremony.
How sad that he is retiring. He may retire from this office however, he will never retire from our hearts. He will always be like a boss in our hearts as no one can compare or replace him. We are all here to bid him farewell, it is a very sad moment, however we have to make it happy to bid him a happy farewell on the last working day. The farewell ceremony is very emotional and more than that though, we have to organize it.
Our boss is dear person to all you gave your precious moments with us in this organization. You have been a part of our daily office life for decades, however, he has completed his tenure in this office, due to which he is now leaving from here. We will miss you very much especially your always smiling face, meeting every morning and very gentle controlled nature.
In the official term, it is said that retirement is a good and lasting respite after long years of laborious daily hectic life. Retirement is the time to get relief from all the stress. We should not take retirement as sadness as it is a good time for the family and the person who is retiring, to relax and refresh oneself in life.
There is no time restriction to consider anyone as bliss after retirement. Retirement gives a chance for us to live life happily and fulfill all the unfulfilled desires without any stress. Once I asked my boss what would you do after retirement. He politely replied that he would not engage in any profit making business, but would start his voluntary charity services for the poor people.
He was a very kind and punctual person who had already made post retirement plans. He said that he is very happy to give all his time to his beautiful wife after retirement. He will fulfill all the wishes related to his wife’s journey. He is the most active person in the office who never seems tired in the evening after office.
He is a good example of inspiration for us to get name and fame. From tomorrow onwards, everyone will feel your physical absence in the office and miss you. We are grateful for all that you have done for us and wish you a happy, healthy, and prosperous post retirement life. Thanks. –
